I have been reading your book and have come to the realization that the administrators at the high school could use this information. I have told our Superintendant about your book and he seemed very receptive. I would like to know if there is material available for educators and administrators.
You would think they would already be informed and educated about adolescent behavior but I think they need to be updated.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Dear Toni,
The data about the neurology of the adolescent brain are so new that there are few books that address this subject, and none that I know of are for teachers. A number of schools have had me visit to chat with their staff as a first step in re-designing their disciplinary programs and policies. The results so far are very exciting when schools move away from fear/punishment-based policies and more towards respect/consequence-based programs.
I am hopeful that some teacher out there will write an education-focused book utilizing our new understanding of teens.
