My teeager (15 year-old male) Has been expelled from school. He is ADHD and seems not to really have a comprehension of just how serious the consequences are. He has started smoking tobacco and pot and his "friends"
are the pits. They are gang wanna-be's. I believe they are pursuading him to sell illeagle drugs and stuff. I've decided to talk with the police about these kids, but my concern is he'll just go out and find some more characters to replace his current ones. We have tried to talk with him about who he is associating with and he thinks we just don't really know them. How do we pull him away from these kids? We've grounded him from the place they meet and hang out but he just walks out and goes there. What next? What is the next right thing to do before he really does get arrested this time? FYI: we are seeing a counselor as a family, and although the councelor is helping him talk so we can see how he is thinking, I feel he is going to do something that has detremental consequences in the near future. Help!
