Dear Sarah,
I'm afraid I don't know anyone in your area, but my ideas are not so unusual. Perhaps chat with folks who deal with teens (school counselors, teachers, pediatricians, and so on to get some names. If you're not bashful, you might ask some parents of teens. Often they've found someone good for themselves.
