and hopefully not too price-y, but someone who knows what Dr. MJB is talking about.

Sorry, but I don't know anyone in your area. It's best to ask folks who deal with teenagers for their recommendations (high school staff, parents and so on). Be sure to interview a couple before deciding which is the best fit for you.
