This is my first posting. I have tried several times - but could never seem to fit it all into one reasonably short message. That's when we went to see a counsellor.
I tripped over something on my 14 yo daughter's computer this morning. As I was checking to see if my fax had come through on the computer, I found over a dozen icons that opened pic's of a female porn star. (star?) There were some other amateur photos of kids her age - friends, I guess - that were in provocative poses (no nudes, though). This may be through that MSN messaging that the teens are so into where they send each other digital pic's of themselves.
I have also found a photo of her (in one of those photo booths) kissing a female friend.
I understand sexual curiosity. I guess I'm just nervous that it's more than that. She has a 17 yo boyfriend who seems like a nice enough kid. (17?) She talks about him CONSTANTLY. He is at the house alot. She seems quite enamored with him. She assures me she is a virgin and plans to stay that way until she's much older. But I remember what 17 yo boys are like.
I remember being sexually curious at that age - but about *boys* bodies - because I didn't really know what they were like.
I guess I'm scared that this may be indicative of an underlying problem - and I don't know how to find out. When I approached her about it - she denied knowing anything about it. My daughter is very well-endowed (D-cup) and is very similar in body-type to this porn star. (star?) Gawd, I hope she's not aspiring....
