I read your book "Yes, Your Parents are Crazy!" in preparation for letting my daughter read it. It's a wonderful book, although there are a few things I wish you hadn't been quite so honest about. My concern is the length of the book. I'm afraid a troubled, defiant teen will not read a book of that length. They will only read the parts that enforce what they want to beleive (if they read any at all) or will start the book, but never make it to Part 3 where all the good stuff is.
I feel teens that are concerned about themselves and will take the time to read a 400+ page book, probably don't need the book as badly as the ones who will see the 400+ pages and say "I'm not wasting my time on that".
I was wondering if a shorter version was available for those types of kids.
