    Dear Mom,
First, please see if you can get some counseling somewhere for yourself. You must manage these incredible stresses to keep yourself emotionally and thus physically healthy to fight the cancer from recurring. You must survive for your youngest child.
Next, if your counselor concurs, consider putting out the word to all of your 22 year-old daughter's enablers to stop allowing her to pretend that keeping this baby makes any sense by asking her to leave their residences unless she agrees to adopt this baby out. That baby (and her mother) are headed for a disaster from which another endless poverty cycle will be born. There are thousands of great couples out there who can give this baby a great life if given the chance.
Please act quickly. The longer your daughter fantasizes about being a mother, the harder the adoption option will become. Also put her in touch with a local adoption support program to help her through that process.
    Good luck
    Dr. Mike Bradley
