    Question Special Needs, Special Challenges

    I heard Dr. Bradley last night near Washington, D.C. Helped me a lot to understand the general reality of teenagers. Mine, though, has Non-Verbal Learning Disorder and Asperger's Syndrome on top of the other neurological challenges of adolescence. Can you, Dr. Bradley, or any one else recommend resources for parenting teenagers with these additional challenges?

    The folks who sponsored that evening you attended happen to be the experts in parenting education in your area. With some luck, they might even run a support program for special needs kids. If not, I'm sure they could direct you somewhere in your region. Call the PARENT ENCOURAGEMENT PROGRAM at 301 929 8824. And be sure to tell them I said HEY!
